Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on March 23, 2023, found that ADK's Care LLC. had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on January 23, 2023.

Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced state licensure survey conducted on January 23, 2023.
